Make sure it is all tightened down right!!! Its probably because its not tight.... you probably dont need a new fork!
Good luck! :)

your all dumbasses.

make sure ur bearings are in the right way, make sure your stem doesnt sit flush with the fork tube, my friends did and he wondered why his headset was loose

if ur stem is flush with the fork steerer tube, put another spacer on and try again

Wait a minute you guys, he said that he was putting on a new fork.
There is a good chance that the steerer tube is a different length on the new fork, this may affect how many spacers you need to use.

freeworldbmx - How much experience do you have with working on headsets? (tell the truth, i'm trying to help. if you have little/no experience it is likely that you have made a mistake. But if you have a lot of experience with different headsets/brake setups/etc then you should know what you are doing, and the headset could be to blame)

that happened to mine to.. it turns out my headtube was ovalized.. check that.. or you need more spacers.. and make sure everythign is on the right way
