	try hang 5s, that is a good start to finding your balance point, your balance point is hard to find, i found it and its really scary, its about 45 - , i can do it about 2-3 feet sometimes, you just have to get the balls and try it, i tried manueling then instead of bunnyhoping up the curb i manuel, hit the curb and then my back tire flys up and i nose manuel, when you just pull the front tire up the curb and let the backend hit it. it bounces up a little.. so i leaned too far forward and did a flip and went over the bars

	if ur wanting to go over the bars, you shouldnt be doing nose manuels, the balance point is right before you go over the bars, but if your doing short nose manuels like 1-2 ft you dont need to get that balance point exactly, but if its a long one then u have to almost go over the bars, it will feel like your flipping over the bars most of the time, but that just means your in your balance point

	the only way you will be able to learn them is if you go over the bars a few times. This way you can try to analyze it and figure out where the balance point is so you will know when your high enough. 	by us telling you how to do it, wont really help, it will just give you an idea of how to do it, but the 1 way you can learn to do them better, is nose manuel EVERYTHING, if theres a small curb, nose manuel off it, if theres a sidewalk, nose manuel over it, if theres stairs, nose manuel them sideways the length theres no way to make you do them better except to go try them... i tried to manuel, hit the sidewalk curb, and once i hit the curb it brings my back end up and i nose manuel, so its a manuel to hit curb to nose manuel.. well i went OVER THE BARS, and landed in the grass, it was kinda funny, my friend is like.. wtf did you just do? and i had to tell him. my friend found his balance point, its right before you go over the bars. watch steven hamilton's videos, some of the nose manuels he does are about 45 - to the ground some are like 70

	dude,flatrider, hangfives and nosemanuals have totally different balance points. for nosemanuals, just go really slow, almost stopped, and just lean forward and keep your arms stiff. just keep doing that till you can just sit on your front wheel for however long you want. then try them going faster. thats what works for me ...poop and destroy...
