I believe I had a 1986 RL-20 in lavender with matching peregrine lavender mag wheels. I miss that thing.

First bike ever was a Murray (I think) mountain bike. First BMX was a chrome Huffy. I didn't appreciate it at the time, but the chrome really was pretty neat.

I had a Pacific, it was light blue and had white tires, and a caliper brake  but that was around the time when everyone had coaster brakes. I stilll want a pair of white tires for my new micromachine.

My first bike was... well, it was a "Spiral Sprinter". It was black with red and yellow pinstripes and big ape-hanger bars and a big black banana seat with yellow and red stripes. When I trashed that in a few months, I got an old, beat-up tard sale (no, yard sale, bad typo!) Schwinn Stingray. It was red, and also had a huge red banana seat.

Tore that up. Got a Team Murray 2000, and, as far as quality goes, that one was definitely painted blue.

First BMX bike was an '84 or '85 Open Road from Sears. Had real Ukai rims. First freestyle bike was an '87 Haro Master. If I met the guy who stole that bike today I'd gut him and cut off his face, and I'd use a shrimp fork to do it. Well, not really, but I'd be tempted to cause him some serious pain.

'87 Mongoose Decade replaced that, and I do believe that Decade was the last stock complete I got until '99.

I'm riding my first flat-specific bike, but it wasn't stock... Dragonfly Solo, through luck ended up only paying $175 altogether for the frame and Odyssey fork, though not at the same time.

Ahhh...do we ever forget our first???

Mine was a Huffy Z something - complete with a grip shifter for the low/high gears up front. Definitely a BMX bike, and I jumped many a garbage can with that thing.

Then I moved on to a Redline MXII for racing and jumping bigger things like cars and roof dropoffs - with blue tuff wheels.

First flat specific bike was a Vector Freestyler - which got ran over by a car as I was snatching a ride - I'm in the market for one again as I miss it, and only have one pic of me doing a cherrypicker on it.

Moved on to a Haro Sport after that, and then finally the 88 Haro Team Master that I still have to this day.

Pretty much as old skool as you get...
