	i knew quamens always have problems with the bb. what's up with it being so tight. from all the rest. i've seriously been trying to get this damn thing in since 10 am and it's almost 3 now.. this is stooopid.. i've been using a vice, and hammer / wood.. i know how to put in bb's / headsets.. the headset went in fine.. i sanded down the bb too before installing it.. hell.. even Chris P told me to file it down.. that didn't help... so i filed it more later.. that didn't work at all again.. there must be something i'm doing wrong... or is it just that quamen's bottem brackets are complete shit :roll: -neilg Me to. 	well, it could be your cups are slightly larger and the bb is slightly smaller than "standard" of which there is little in usa bb... my suggestion- make your own bearing press get a 8" long 1/2" bolt nut and 2 large washers make yourself a sandwhich end of bolt \| washer \| bearing \| bb \| bearing \| washer \| nut now you have a $50 bearing press for $1 grease the cups aswell

	The home made press does work. I made one about a year ago and it makes installing bb's and headsets a lot easier. First, say to youself what you would be; then do what you have to do.

	so what... i got a huge washer.. that's thick.. i had to get a smaller one for the outside of it for the nut so it wouldn't go through.. but now the smaller washer is bending like a cone. ha ha ha. that's great.. Me to. I totally dig the feeling of hard graphite on my asshole.

	i did that.. i even filed the cups of the cranks for the bb.. and still the same.. it's only on the one side though.. i'm gonna take it to the bike shop and see if they can have any luck. Me to. I totally dig the feeling of hard graphite on my asshole.
