- Silver KMC Z510HX, comes with enough links to run 36-13 14" rear end and a alliance halflink, basically a brand new chain I got from the bike shop. $6 + Shipping
- Generic Seat Post Clamp, black, 26mm (I think) $1
- Chrome Old School Seat Post, 24.5mm requires guts $2
