hi

I think about buying a new rear wheel with a nankai freecoaster and alex supra edge rim. Do you know if the new khe spokes called "flexie" are good ? Is there something special with that spokes ?

miono...sounds like they are flexible

I was thinking about getting some titanium spokes from dans some day, whenever I have a wheelset built. Cause I dun think pat sells them..or at least he didn't. anyways..they sound cool..but I know nothing about these "flexies"

so basically I'm of no use of all.

Im confused. Why would you want flexy spokes? I thought it was ideal to have your spokes nice and tight?

Yea, whats the good of a flexable spoke? I hate loose spokes because they squeak and weaken the wheel... Wont a flexable spoke make that even worse? :?

spokes operate on the principal of tension, meaning if they didnt flex at all then, like mags, they would be quite useless after being bent once...
