| i remember back in 04 i made a thread about how awesome the Freq G tires were and today so to talk about something we all love: i just picked up 2 of the 1.85 to throw on my new complete and mannn the memories. These are by far my fav tires ever. sure they dont fold (im not droppin 80 bucks on frickin tires) but they do their job and they do it well. A++++ boobs are pretty gnar | |

| Im a fan of the ones with the yellowish white logo on the sidewalls... the blue ones just don't work out well for my style... my brother loves the ones with the blue logo though, those seem more geared towards spinning.... the folding ones seem to wear out a lot faster than the yellow side wall tires.... I've had the same yellow wall frequency g's on my bike since battle at the beach 2006.... I mostly do straight line rolling stuff on smooth surfaces, so they just never wore out for me.... only since I recently moved have my tires started to wear cause im riding on very rough surfaces now.... If you ride those on smooth concrete or wood, and don't do much spinning, they will last a long ass time... man, do I miss my hardwood floor :(

| Are'nt the blue sidewall G's made of a harder compound? I never knew the difference in the two ... but I guess it would make a difference in the style of riding you do that makes them last so long. Let's Pedal Up! | |

| i have yellow side walls i believe, ad even with a mix of spins and glides + rough surface, these things still hold up strong. I will never use a deff tire set up! EVER! boobs are pretty gnar | |

| I don't know about never needing another tire set up..... those yellow wall frequency g's are thinnin out in availability.... they are hard to find nowadays.... some people have even started hoarding them like some people do with the real rl edge tires.... I got a few stashed away for emergency purposes.... I suggest if you can find yellow sidewall fg's, you buy them and hoard them while you can...
