| Am I the only one who feels we are getting shit on by a lot of these bmx parts companies who sell flimsy ass frames for top notch prices? I'll support dans comp till bmx companies start selling direct to their customers... | |

| It's not only flatland its the same in street. Most brands nowadays (and riders too) just want everything to be light as hell which 9 out of 10 times is greatly sacrificing strength. My main concern is Eastern bikes. I have heard countless stories about people snapping their frames like twigs because they tube them so thin. I have an old hoffman condor frame and i dont think i would ever even crack it it's so sturdy.I remember a few years ago the average complete bike weight companies sold were in the 30-33 pound range. Now theyre all somewhere in the 22-27 pound range which is rediculous. | |
