So before i start riding i bust out my ipod and put on some "ill nino". It really gets me pumped up and ready to rip it up.

best music to get pumped on is Cancer Bats (myspace.com/cancerbats)
they are just ragin'. plus, the vid for their first single has their singing riding a bmx up a parking garage while singing :)

if i'm just cruisin' around, Fugazi is good to listen to

oh and I imagine some old school Beastie Boys would be fun for doing flatland
