| For a BMX, it should be made to fit not on the top bar of the handlebars, but underneath it, so you couldn't accidentally land a foot, leg, or coping on it. Also, If you were to measure distance, using the standard way to measure (Time divided by how quickly the wheel goes round) could cause problems with BMX. Conventional BMX use comprises of a large amount of being off the ground, which would create movement that didn't exist, due to wheels spinning in the air - so I'd say that wouldn't really suit. Are you actually going to be creating this device, and what stage of education are you working at? Some of your ideas sound pretty hard to build, being honest. | |
