	the threads are reversed in one of the cups. so you have to make sure you put it on right, if your looking at the bike from the side, with the headtube on the right and the rear on the left. that side of the bb should be righty tighty. the other side will be lefty tighty. just make sure you put that long spacer inbetween the bearings so they dont get crushed when you tighten it up the other washers....you just put that in the obvious places...the point is so that A. your chainline is straight and B. your cranks are not hitting the chainstay tubes oh yea...and grease the threads of the bb....DONT grease the spindle...and if anything feels like its not going in right...stop and make sure you know whats up
