	Okay i had to get a new headset so i bought tghe fsa unsealed and installed it but now when ever i tighten the stem down some how the headset gets supertight and the forks dont turn at all and when i lossen it up i just comes right back losse and i have no idea what top do!!!!! HELP!!!!! PLEASE!!!!

	you sure you put it on right? sounds like either a bearing is upsidedown or cup isnt sitting right. just for kicks...you mean 'tighte the stem' as in the pinchbolts or the compression bolt
