| ASC FLATLAND II JAM/COMP AT UTM : Pick your date Flatters SAT. FEB. 10th or SUN. FEB. 25th???
Sorry for short notice....UTM got to me late with this one..I would like the Sunday since this will be a comp and gives you all a chance to
practice before the FU 2 at the Bike Show...BUT I would not want any Riders pressed for the Sunday riding date due to school or work next
day... I need to know ASAP, so I can do what needs to be on my end.
Sorry ASC can not do for Sat Feb. 17th due to Gears Racing 24 hr spin for Cancer.

| WOW ! Hopefully this is explained clear.
Last year ASC did a Flatland Jam at University of Mississauga (UTM), Well we are doing this again, normally I set the date, Poster is
up done deal, but due to certain circumstances in regards to the space availability this year, I thought I would give the Flatlanders the
choice, But posting on Pedal can be difficult to communicate or get a straight answer from Riders. Sorry Nick nothing against Pedal BMX.
AGAIN Ontario Flatlanders please let me know soon, I will confirm with UTM by this Wed, or I'll let the space providers deal with the date for the
FlatLand Jam.
SAT FEB. 10th or SUN FEB. 25th???
You can contact here if need be.

O.K. Here's a straight question. Is it JAM or is it a COMP? Neela, in general I find your posts online to be CONFUSING, and not proof-read. I like the idea that the ASC wants to do something for Flatland, you guys have been great with us "flatters" so far, but everything seems like it is thrown together without thinking it through. I'm not trying to be a dick, but If I was going to go this event to ride OR compete, I would need alot more details. Let us know! | |

| If anything I'd set it up for the saturday, more people can get to it and they dont have to worry about scrambling back home for monday. | |

| Saturday is definitely cooler then Sunday, I couldn't make Sunday, I might be able to make a Saturday though, where's UTM compared to Union Station? Or anywhere downtown Toronto in fact? I can get to downtown Toronto, but I don't know the go-train or anything to be able to get to Mississauga. www.petroliaflat.i8.com | |

| Hey Al, if you can get to the Long Branch GO station by GO train or bus, or Kipling Station by TTC, you should be able to make it there. Its a little far though and you'd have to transfer from ttc to missisauga transit. Ohh, I wanted to know if you have room in the hotel room for one more! I've been trying to put something together but if I could take over some floorspace and split the cost that would be awesome | |

| Well...not to worry OSD. When I hire an editor and publicist, I'll get them to do the posting for me, like our Mayor Hazel, but she is
known
to improvise, job gets done....HA!
ASC's main objectives when sponsoring an event is to keep it fun and loose be it BMX/Flatland, SK8, or FreeRide including to some degree our SK8 camps. The only problem when putting on events outdoors since most are in the parks we've built. Rain has been our biggest enemy. The nice thing about Flatland is I can bring it indoors. I'm puzzled that I have to explain what is common sense, if
this helps: fine.
WE rarely throw events last minute, unless certain procedures in regards to getting space approval, the paperwork and other requirements delay, so be it. This is both Jam and Comp. WE keep things open so its not rigid. ASC is Riders Community not industry putting on events. Sometimes we deal with sponsors to support, if not ASC does what's best. In keeping with respect to each other
during our events, the riders rule the flow. I may post COMP details. The way its set up is not a stress/anxiety for the riders.
I also want the Flatlanders to provide the music, play what dials you. WE have our own PA system, unlike what was provided by UTM.
WE will post the poster with details soon,
Sat. Feb.10th is most suitable.....good.N
