Dear Nick
While I still refuse to believe that pedal is dead, there are certain things that need to be delt with to improve the user friendlyness of this site, and ultimatly its survival.
First off people need to be able to stay logged in like the old site. Almost all of us use the same computers every day. Its not like there is some great securtity risk or privicy issues with our people acounts. No one would have anything to gain by signing in under another persons name, other then to make them look stupid. This is a non issue for most of us including me, because I am the only one in my area that I know of that goes on this site, so its not like other posters are going to use my computer. You can make staying logged in an option (which I recommend).
Another issue that has been less touched on and could just be an opinon of mine alone, is the forum browser at the top, its anoying to use, I'm not saying do away with it, but there is no easy way to get back to the main forum page. A button for that would be nice
Something every one has been complain about is the site running so slow, I am not a computer programer so i dont know what the problem is, but it deffinatly needs looking into.
this is slightly less important, but when you look at the replies colum when veiwing a forum, not only is the name of the person who replied to the thead there, but infront of the name is the name of the thread again, its obvious what they replied to because the name of the thread is no more then two inches directly to the left. I just find minor things like this to be redundent and detract from the apperance of the site.
That is all I can this of for now. I am only trying offer constuctive critism in an effort to benifit pedalBMX.
