	Spin opposite of what way you normally spin, so its like you're spinning in towards the ledge/rail, not away from it. Spin towards your pegs. Also, its easier for me to hop both wheels at the same time and spin, instead of hopping front up first. You should practice opposite 180s first.

	just hop and spin, there isnt much to explain, once you do it you will realize its not hard, you have to be able to do a 180 hopping with both tires leaveing the ground at that same time though. its easier the faster you go and to do it off the end, and a slightly higher ledge will hell. and wall rides 180s are usally hard 180 outs, unless its a curved wall, then either way is the norm.
