It depends if it's sealed or unsealed.  If it came stock on your current bicycle, it's probably unsealed. There are two, technically three bolts on the side of the crank opposite the drive side. Spin those CLOCKWISE to loosen them as they are reverse threaded, after taking off the crank arm. After that, take out the spindle. Now, to fit it on your Fit, it is very important to make sure the bottom bracket is the same size. If not, you'll need to buy a new one, which costs around 15-30, and if you do need to get a new bottom bracket, make sure the bottom bracket is the right spindle size. Most spindles come in 19mm or 22mm, so adjust accordingly.

I don't have that much experience with sealed bearings, but I'll try.

If it is sealed, I believe first you would have to unbolt the crank arm on the non-drive side and remove the washers and covers between the arm and the bearings. After that, pull out the bearings, and continue removing the crank accordingly, then use a hammer and a fork, or a socket extension to beat the cups out, if it's an American BB, or whatever the fuck bottom bracket which also has the bearing sitting in cups.
