Hi me and my friends have been bmxing for about 3 months, we can do simple things like 180s and barspins, unfortunatly we live in canada and winter has hit we are building a quarter pipe in my garage (my garages cieling is very tall) and we want to learn how to do a air-out what wud be the best size quarter pipe 4 foot 5foot or 6 foot

I would say build the ramp as big as you can afford to, but be careful building ramps in general. It can seem simple, but there are a lot of things that are learned only through experience. Try and get someone who has built a ramp before to help you for your first one.

As far as specific size, again, I prefer bigger ramps. A well built six foot ramp is generally much more condusive to airs than a comparable four foot ramp would be. Bigger ramps give you more room for error when landing, and usually give a much better transition to air out of.
