I have been visiting Pedal BMX for just a little while now. I have made many friends and have gotten a chance to meet a few of you at various comps/jams. I live on the positive side of life and I wanted to give up for all of you!!! Young and Older riders, New members or Senior Members. Keep the Positive Vibe going...

Keep on Riding!!!

For the most part I've noticed the positive vibe here as well...one of the main reasons I registered.

I may have gotten a little bit negative a couple of weeks back but I came to my senses eventually and just took the free frame Haro offered to lend me until my new one comes in (for a warranty replacement, you may have seen the post with the cracked head tube on my bike).

I realized not having anything to ride was worse than riding flat on a street frame.  What a desolate feeling not having a bike is.

One more thing too, while the props are still hot, thank you Mark for the great things you have given to the sport.  I can only vouch for myself when I say it but you have definitely been one of the people instrumental in getting me back into flatland after taking so many years off.  Many others, I'm sure, draw similar inspiration.

Definitely man, props to all of Pedal where props are due, but huge props to you Mark. I have said this before, but I have no problem saying it again. You are like a flatland hero to me. When I first got the itch to start riding again, I bought a bike, but questioned whether or not I was making a huge mistake and wasting my time and money at my age. A few days later, I came across your site, and saw your videos, and it was truly and inspiration. Seeing you ripping it up like you do at your age just made me realize how we are only really as old as we let ourselves feel, and that I can still have fun "on a kids bike," despite my age. Not to mention the positive aura you give out about it all the time.

Props to Pedal, and bigger props to Mark.

T.

Hey Leon,

I think we met in Yahoo Chat....The BMX room and I told you about BBMX Freestyler..the rest is history!!!

Thanks for the Kind words. I just wanted to give props to all the member here. Everyone I have ever met through Pedal or the Flat community it self has been a very Postivie Experiance. I really feed of the postive energy that I get from Pedal and put it eaither in to my riding or pour more energy into BMX Freestyler. Either way I keep recycling it to it can go back out.

I am really looking forward to meeting more members at Elevation 5!!! Thats going to be DA BOMB!!! I think it will be sooo cool meet everyone in person and ride with everyone atleast once n our life time.

But this Message if for ALL the Members of Pedal BMX....

Thanks Nick for providing a great serviece!!!!

Thanks to all the Mod for helping keeping the Peace.

Most Importantly....Keep on Riding!!!

Mark

LOL!! Damn, Jim is just going all over the place meeting new riders during his trip to SD! Looking forward to meeting him as well. Should be a nice addition to the SD scene. :)

As for Mark...well, he's a nice guy all around. :)

I just want to say "thanks" to Mark in particular.  I'm an old guy who has been in and out of the sport for about almost 20 years.  Seeing some of his videos especially the decade video inspired me to pick up the bike again since that is one of the tricks that has eluded me.  Even though I have done 540's on mini ramps, I have yet to hit a decade...

Shortly I will be building up another bike for flat.  My current ride is a Haro Mirra Pro from 2000.  Yes, it weighs a ton...35.6 pounds.

Anyways, props to Mark and the Pedal BMX members.
