Ive had a pair of orchid lurkers for a few months now and they r realy starting 2 wear down. Can anyone tell me about some rding shoes that will last for longer, preferbaly with a very thick hard wearing sole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cheers dave

	I doubt brakeless has anything to do with how fast you wear through shoes. Infact, Im will say that from my observation, riders with brakes usually tend to scuff a little more than brakeless riders. Now Im not saying all riders with brakes scuff a lot, and that brakeless riders do not scuff. There are other factors to take in. For example, are you doing a lot of pivots? Are you doing pivots on pegs with skateboard grip tape? As soon as I switched from the rubber grip tape on my sequence pegs, to normal skateboard grip tape, I woar thourgh a pair of new shoes in 2 weeks, leaving a hole about 2 to 3 inches big. Try out SCG Shoes. Ive used the Malvado, and Pheonix, and would say the Pheonix bottom is the best Ive ever had in a shoe.
