I came back after a 2yr babyboomer drop from flat... everything has changed. When i left flat... everyone was JUST getting changed over to brakeless, i lost the rear brake when the fad was in and never looked back but, now all of you are cruising around with torn shoes... I am only 23 and feel like an oldschooler... i rode for 12yrs before my exit. I competed in 2003 at the roots, hung out with everyone from Pedal (from its grassroots years) at roots. I barely see anyone from when Pedal got started... NICK!!! WHERE DID EVERYONE GO>>>??? I was away from this forum 2 years too, flatland became a circus of discussions. Even though i ride only 4,5 years I also feel like an old skooler allready, there's jsut such a small group that still rides for fun and feels like a family, that's all the roots-riders.  | |
