most run 2.8ish for trails so when ur going pretty fast you can get another snap pedal in before the next jump to keep your speed, you dont wana 2.5 or lower cause then you wouldnt get any speed at all  | |

i run a 39 14 it works good for trails i was just wondering what you guys run for rideing trails same , i like tall gearing because i like to hit trails FAST. plus i hate throwing 6 cranks to move a foot 8)
