No handed lardyard??

Can anyone give me some pointers for no handed lardyard? I can spin it in citcles with my scuffing foot under the frame but when i let go of the handlebars i do maybe half a circle and than the bike falls... Also does anyone know how does wolfgand keep his pedals from spining? | |

I do the trick in a wider circle then my normal lardyard. Once you in get good you can do it in tighter circles. The key is locking the bike into your stomach. I put the whole grip in my stomach area and it should feel really solid. Then just do a lardyard like normal. Neext try rolling it! | |
