I used to drink about 2 (32oz) cups of Iced coffee a day for years. I started to feel energy crashes all the time. I quit cold turkey, been about 2 months without any at all. Switched to Iced green tea, I know its not as much caffiene, but I dont get the sugar/caffiene crashes anymore. | |

As long as there is coffee in the office I'm drinking it! I don't even keep count. I work nights and if there is no coffee I do the DEW about Three cans a day. I usually wake up on weekends with a massive head ache and then I drink some more Joe. And in the end...Every thing is beautiful through the eyes of a lifeless clown. | |
