	Good stuff, though I already knew all of it. It's still good to share this kind of thing. Of course, in that first part, the cop would have called the dog, or arrested the driver for speeding (if he actually could).

	that video makes me feel so much better but the cops around here are all crooked. they could give a shit they do what they want and get away with it. its their word against yours. this video deff made me think alot more but im a little aprehensive about testing it to find out. :lol:

	hey guys im wondering, can a cop pull out a gun on a 15 year old? 2 months ago a friend of me were crusing and the truck slided onto the sidewalk because there was sand and took out a small post that was there... so the cops like hands out and we pulled them out.. then the cop was pointing the gun at me... then he grabbed me and trew me on the ground then cuffed me. my friend ( the driver) has court tomorrow... he got charged with wreckless drivin and being under the unfluence of alcohol which he wasnt.. he never ever took any tests about being drunk..

	a cop can pull a gun on anyone are you a minority? cause if so you had a near death experience if he didnt kill you. Your friend will get off though if he didnt either have a road test or breathalyzer (sp?)

	yea i think im the minority heh.... the cop was somewhat racist agaisnt us and kept cussin evrywhere.. i was just asking cuz someone said that a cop cant pull out a gun on someone thats under aged.. and you thnik he can get off? the cop said thats a governtment post or something and said its atleast $1400 fine.. hes 15 so he doesnt have a lisence. also with wreckles drivin, hit and run.. and he also crashed into a small wooden fence.

	naw, cops point a gun at anyone. But only if they are mexican or black. If they think you present a threat, like being drunk/poor judgement and could have a weapon, they whip out the ol' minority killer standard police issue glock.

	dam that sucks, i mean when i got off the truck, i had my hands up and no possible way i could get a weapon.. ill see how it goes tomorrow though ... and while sitting on the sidewalk and arrested the cops like " you better be fuckin telling me the truth or ill fucking punch you right in the face!!!" then onother cop comes and hes like " Fuck tell the truth or else my black buddy over here will fuck up your little brown ass!!!"

	uh good luck? the police always win though. for example Mexican kid , 18 , shot dead in the street Austin PD dike officer said that she thought he was going after her partner with her taser because she couldnt find it on her holster, so she put 2 rounds in his chest. CHEST. Fataly shot him. The taser was in her upper vest pocket. She got off only being fired from the department. Her mistake cost Daniel his life. If she had her taser properly secured , he would still be alive. I think she should go on trial for manslaughter. But cause it was a mexican kid, she gets off scott free. Im sure if it had been a white kid from my neighboor hood, she would be on trial.
