well if you have a small front sprocket and dont hit it on anything there is no need. i went from a 36t w/ guard that hit on things down to a 30t w/ no guard. i never done any sprocket tricks so it was pointless anyways. ![]() | |

no one around here rides them anymore. i ride a 30 tooth but no guard and ive landed on my sprocket a few times. my chain never broke once so i never felt the need for one. but yea no one really rides em too much. i kno a kid who rides the mosh full guard though if that counts. | |

i want a bashguard i got 25/9 gearing thinkin about animal sprocket and gaurd. It seems like the funnest thing to go up to rail or whatever and sprocketstall barspin just looks so effortless and fun Every dog has his day. | |

i run a macneil 25t guard right now. i do a lof of sprocket grinds/stalls, so i run one. i want something different though, this thing is a piece of shit. bent since day one. GT Sucks. | |

yea animal sprockets are cool but in my town nobody rides bmx except me nd like 5 of my friends so only like 3 of us sprocket stall or grind but and no there not going inctinct in our town they already were | |
