keep welding away -
the more welding you do , the better you will  get

i can ashure you that if i put 1 of those frames together , i cuuld snap it , or bend it somewhere  w/ in a week or so !

as far as the head tube als o goes- why are you using  1" threaded?

thanks

take care

i saw that before. i think because where he lives it's cheaper for him to make it himself. and the 1" is easier to get for him down there? i'm assuming.

Me to. I totally dig the feeling of hard graphite on my asshole.

im not saying anything to be bad- or negitive on this subject

as far as the 1" ht - that does make sence i supose

but as far as durability concers are - it would scare me , being  5-8 180-190 lbs- and ride a  flat bike as hard as i do - to have that  keep up  w/ my demand/ and or torture  of any type of frame b/c of  my size , and build

If you look closely you will see his OLD bike was 1" threaded..his newer frames are using 1 1/8" headtubes according to the specs

Yeah, give this guy a break, he's trying to start-up something, and will take some time to improve quality, design and so on.

maybe it will be a grea flat company

Looks like your using Mig by the thickness of the welds and if your running Tig then you might want to wait before you start trying to sell your products.

Those welds are no where near production ready, so work on your Tig skills a little longer and eventually you will be able to produce a strong weld and don't copy other frames.....I'm not being an ass I just think your headed in the right direction just take your time and have patience because you got passed the hardest part yet --welding tubing.

Use Tig not mig.
