They seem to have fallen off of this earth and if some of you remember they had a frame in BMX PLUS last year with an orange frame that was supposed to drop and it never did...What's up?

I wanted that frame.

Anyone know what happened to this frame or Sick Child?

The frame you are wondering about never went into production. It was the Pathogen.
The only one in exsistance belongs to Dylan Worsley.

SickChild havnt dropped off the face of the earth. . . trust me.

Ed, Shawn and Bobby are still rocking a Baddabling, as am i. So the team is all good and still representing.

I just talked to Ed a while ago and he's getting a lot of riding done,...he even manages to get on his bike sometimes

Nothing has faded, you're better off to assume that the silence is a sign that things are in the works rather than halted.

Will this frame ever go into production or is it just a prototype.

No, the Pathogen will never be a production model. It WAS going to be, but not anymore.
I have some really nice pics of it in the factory after it was sprayed, ill try to hunt them down.
