while driving though the school parking lot, i stopped at a stop sign, completely, and then when i went to take off, i let the clutch out a little to quick, causing me to spil up a little bit of dirt, this was completely intentional, and little did i know a cop saw me doing it, yet he wasnt in his vehicle, about 30 minutes later, that fucking cop pulled me over and gave me a 140 dollar ticket, this is complete shit, one of the most unsympathetic piece of shit cops ive ever seen. Just because i have a nice car, i always get hard times with the cops. but anyways, im going to be fighting this shit, and i need some arguements for the judge, so let me know what u think i should tell the court, cuz i dont know where im gunna come up with 140 bucks!!!

Just say there was excess loose dirt/gravel on the ground. No excessive force was involved, the poor road maintinance was at fault... How far away was the police officer that saw you do it? That can play a role in whether or not you get off the hook. A friend of mine got out of a ticket where the cop claimed he didn't make a complete stop, but since the tape from the dash cam showed he was over 100 yards away, that the cop couldn't have acuratly seen whether or not he did fully stop... I'll support dans comp till bmx companies start selling direct to their customers...

I say you post in the right forum and not try and blame stuff on cops. We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of dreams. -Willy Wonka

Do you live in New Jersey? This sounds like a classic New Jersey cop move. I've been pulled over for doing 55 in a 50 before, then the cop lied and said I was doing 65 even though I saw him and he paced me from about 1/2 mile to 3/4 of a mile back. So I said screw it, I went to court and paid to reduce the points on the ticket. Then a few weeks over again, he followed me home at 2 am in the morning (same cop) when I pulled up out front of my house he started to give me this BS about taking turns to fast and how there are people out and its unsafe (remember 2 AM). Then he asks me if I'm drinking, I tell him I don't drink, and he gave me a sobriety test anyway. So nothing happened with that little pull over. Then a few weeks later he pulls my cousin over (same cop) for taking a off ramp to fast, which was BS because everyone takes this off-ramp fast, its hardly a 10 degree turn. So about another 3 weeks later, he pulls me over in front of my house again, asking me if I've been drinking. I told him if he gets near my car again, or think about flashing his lights behind me again, I would take his badge and his livelyhood. Then he asked me if I was threatening him, and I told him yes I am. Then I said he better take off before I go inside and call the real cops. Then he started to grumble and act like he was getting mad at me, then I told him If I call the real cops, and take you to court, the court will see that all 3 times you pulled me over was for no reason, and that to throw salt on an opened wound, the police station would owe me monetary dammages because of his abuse of power and harrasment. Needless to say he has never pulled me over again, and I don't really see him ever on that road anymore.

i let the clutch out a little to quick, causing me to spil up a little bit of dirt, this was completely intentional I hope you mean unintentional, otherwise you really have no point in arguing. Enjoy
