what kind of hub is it? well im guessing its the cones being too tight.

u need a vyse and a the right size cone wrench to adjust unsealed hubs. cone wrenches are cheap and u can get them from a bike shop if u dont have any. the link i sent u is pretty good on tellingu how to get them rolling straight ![]() | |
