By today's standards it is heavy. Other than that it is a great frame and I say go with the sale price. It has about the same geometry as many frames and will not blow up like some of the 5 pound tin foil frames out today. There's no excuse for being a dickhead. | |

yeah just like pwh said, a lot of people tell me that it's "heavy" but my bike is still fairly light for the frame weight. to me it doesn't matter and you get used to it anyways. I think it's indestructable. I've had it since 03 and there isn't even a dent in it. good frame. go for it. | |

I also have an older Miron, its pretty tough, fairly heavy but I came from an SOB. The paint on it is utter trash though. | |
