All this hype about brakes on or off: Take off the pegs. That will take skill to ride.

I started riding when I was 12 with no pegs. I had a Mongoose Mencace, and then a Schwinn ProStock (remember when schwinn was cool? and they had Miron, Foster, and eventually Homan?!).

Now I have pegs and can do alot more tricks. Why would I take myself back to riding without pegs? I can do alot of tricks on the pedals...If i wanted to ride pegless for a little bit...I would just ignore my sexy little sequence pegs. do some 360 tire taps and manual around. I would be able to do pedal steamrollers, cus i need pegs to get into the trick...but i could walk into it. pedal squeakers.
by the way I know you don't really want us to take off our pegs, its just inspiration to try a new trick on the pedals.

all this new fangled front wheel- on the peg turbine stuff is just so much more fun. If i had a pegless session I would get very bored very quickly and just start riding my friends mini. :)
