i did this when i first got my bike, i didn't know shit so i took it to a bike shop and they charged me like a buck

bring the "broken" bolt to the hardware shop and ask the assistant to help you up....

hardware store or a bike shop...if something actually breaks, theres usually not a chance you can fix it

dont take the bolt to a bike shop they will ream your asshole over it, take it to a hardware store  | |

good point, but my shops cool like that, theyll tell you how to fix it and stuff and not say like 'oh no, that needs to be done by a professional or it voids your lifetime warranty' but yah, hardware store'll get you a bolt | |
