Bikepark

Knoxville Tennessee has been blessed with the reality that after many years of discussion and debate city officials have finally approved a plan to build a well planned out and well financed public skatepark. The last stages of pinpointing an exact location for the park are underway. The skatepark design rivals any of the parks in the surrounding states and promises to be a very nice park when it is complete. Now... I have recently learned that the committee that is in charge of the park is on the verge of making it officially off limits to bikers. The only thing that might change their mind is to hear from the bike riders who will be interested in riding there. I live in Knoxville along with other riders who are looking for assistance from fellow riders like yourself who want their voice to be heard. If you would like to have the oppertunity to ride a great public park designed by one of the best concrete park designers in the country and if you want your voice heard about how unfair it is to only allow skateboards in a public skatepark when we all know that we're all in this together, please follow this link and tell them what you think.

the park has yet to be built i think you are thinking of something else. but fill me in on the details of the event you attended. I must have missed that> :(
