i put my headset on and now its to stiff if i lossen it it will get too loose so what do i do ... should i leave it like this cause it wheelie barspins fine........ just go and ride cause what are u going to besides that huh? | |

my other question is if its ok to have 3/8's on a 14mm fork..im supposed to get adapters from my friend but do u guys think its ok if i ride with them now for the moment..................................... just go and ride cause what are u going to besides that huh? | |

i had the same problem and lossend it its fine but check it every onse in a while (week). you should be ok. if you gave me a penny for my thoughts youd get change back. pedal like stricker; pedal you ass off! | |

What frame do you have? Is it very old? Make sure that the cups are flat on the frame. If everything is fine then you just need to keep messing with it until you get just right. | |

I had my top bearing race in upside down and that made my headset act like yours did. If i made it tight i couldnt turn the bars and if i loosened it any it would be too sloppy. BTW if you need 14mill adapters, i have a set you can have | |
