the frame itself up the pinches reasonably try wedges screw drivers inbetween the seatpost and frame were the slit is otherwise try drill into the post and put a rod or something through the whole and work on twisting it out hopee that helps

stand over the bike, facing the back wheel, take the seat in two hands, and wrench the fucker sideways. twhen you get sideways movement go the other way, then up and sideways zig zagging

next time you put it in use alot of grease so it doesnt sieze like it has

i had this problem once. cheapo alloy seatpost stuck in an old Tao.

had nothing to do except WD-40, and a pipe wrench becaUse it was stuck so badly.

but the screwdriver in seatpost idea works,. so does WD-40, leave it a few mins, put some in gaian, leave it, then try again.

Also as with the WD40, when you spray it on there, try tapping the post a bit with a hammer. That little bit of vibration will help the WD40 get in there a lot better. You wouldn't think it would do much but it makes a huge difference.
The shop I used to work at, we only had one we couldn't get out and have to give up on. And that bike was so rusty I couldn't believe they'd let their kid ride it.
