I am interested to hear your views on these topics.

Do you regularly meditate, pray, get a massage, tone, activate your chakras, in fact any type of healing or physical, mental, emotional or spiritual practises that your feel are beneficial?

Yeah, sex can definately be a stress reducer.

I know it has, at times, allowed me to focus more, give me more energy and a greater sense of well-being. It has also made me more conscious of my surroundings and made me feel more connected too.

not regularly.. but I used to.
I probably will get more back into it once I'm a little older and rest more often.

Am very interested in lucid dreaming and astral projection/obes.
Playing with your chakra energy is always fun and very rewarding :D

Enjoy

I agree with getting laid being a good stress reducer. :)

Can't say I've prayed in a long, looonnng time though. Or tried to meditate.
When I really need to relax, I'll read one of my favorite essays/books, like "Self Reliance" by Ralph Waldo Emerson, or a Thoreau essay or Montaigne or something like that.

If that means what I think it does, then I do it two or three times a day.

I stretch twice a day; once in the morning and once at night. Just basic stretching really. Nothing fancy like Yoga or Pilattes or anything. I noticed a difference after a few days. I just feal better.

Yeah,I have my own stretching technique, which incorporates a lot of what many would call yoga. I am currently reading Aleistair Crowlys essays on Yoga. Yoga means union which is interesting to me.

I've read some Thoreau, enough to know I will read more.

I would also like to explore astral projecting. I have had a couple of OBE's(outer body experiences) and not all of them were aided by mushrooms. I have been reading a lot of things about ayuahuasca recently, a shamanic visionary aid from South America.

Meditation, thatīs even better than sleeping.

Complete physical trainning, running for 20 min., 50 push-ups, 40 abdominal excercises, 40 side abdominal excercises, Kung-fu. Working every muscle. Even better than weight lifting!

Thatīs my way to relax. :)
