	I just thought id share becasue i know so many of you have been through the same shit. Im 17, and laugh if you want, i asked out my first girl ever. (and no i havent asked out any guys for you smartasses) and i was rejected. Its pretty much the worst feeling ever becasue i have to say, i hate to use the term but i was in love. and now im just so depressed. What the fuck do people do to cope with this shit? Besides ride BMX for hours on end. How do I take my mind off her? where's friggen doctor phil when you need him. Just ride for yourself and for fun.

	This is why you should ask out women earlier in your relationship with them. If you become infatuated with a girl early on, it will hurt more when (that is, if) she rejects you. But if you notice a cute girl at the Ice Cream Social, and ask her for her number, if she tells you to take your stankin' ass elseware, it's not that big of a deal. Also realize that'sit's just a part of growing up. I've been rejected a lot (A LOT!), and it doesn't hurt as much as it used to. Tell some real life friends what happend. If they're men, the'll relate. If they're little boys, they'll laugh at you. BTW, I have this theory that if you ask enough women, one of them will eventually have sex with you after you just blatently ask. I figure the chances of one saying yes are a million to one, maybe 100:1 if there's alcohol involved. I like those odds. :wink:

I think looking at girls in your mind as just a friend/ not a fuck is good. "they are people too" me a year ago. Rejection is going to happen, but you'll never get the girl if you don't try. Next time I see a girl I want to talk to I'll get over there and do it. Why regret? Do it. It's better to remain silent and thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
