Really Tim? So you have your bars stacked? (taller set up)? Kind of thing? When i had a low set up, i felt it was smoother all around for me(5'6" as well). I'm trying to set up a second bike for low now, just need a freecoaster. Rear ends are so short now that free wheels can seem unforgiving. Though i would have so loved these short frames back in the early 90's.

$14 basic cable 2-23, 72-77,98)

$39 digital phone pak (anytime, anywhere, full voice, call ID, etc)

$30 road runner (5mbs)going for the RRlite for $22 soon(2.5mbs)

$84 and some change...

Realize we have a monopoly phone chain in our zip. it was $40 just for basic phone(local only) We used AT&T for unlimited LD for $29 on top of that and it was $5 more for call ID. And we didnt have cable then. That was $74. So for $10 more, we got cable tv(basic)

i've cut my kores down like an inch. I put a spacer between the headset and gyro plate(this gives me more pull for the back brakes, works excellent) and a spacer between the gyro plate and stem, and a thick one on top of the stem(FF gold set). So, its a little lower, but i like the feel. Lower center gravity. I'm a short rider too, though. And its a GT Show set up.

If you cut the tube, use a good pipe cutter.It'll give a straighter cut. You'll probably have to grind the top edge of the tube too. (just a little) The pipe cutter might cause the cut edge to spread and you'll have trouble getting your stem over it. Just measure real good how much you want to cut.

still doesn't work. I mailed nick 2x(maybe more, but 2 in the last ten days). the pw reset is not working right. I know this post probably doesn't belong HERE, but this is my 3rd acc't now. I didn't bother with THIS acc't profile cause the 2nd is now "invalid". Guess i'll check back in in another week then i'm done. I thought i was a decent member. Never got into bitching and slinging mud at other members. I had a low post number(wasn't a post whore) This kinda sucks. This was so nice to be in touch with riders worldwide and being able to contribute to the sport.

This is my 3rd acccount. I had to create 2 new accounts cause my initial one says "invalid" so i signed up again only to get one post in and the next day get the same "invalid user" again. I mailed nick at least twice with no response. Maybe thats why peeps aren't back. So yea this is my 3rd account AND was able to login today, so hopefully it still works tomorrow.
