Received this email today on 416 South...

Telecommunications company Virgin Mobile Canada has begun a search for four female Canadian extreme athletes to form a group to be called the "X-Treme Team." The four athletes will receive a one-year, $100,000 sponsorship, plus a year of cellular phone service and clothing. Candidates for the promotional group must be competitive in BMX bicycling, free skiing, kiteboarding, mountain biking, motocross, snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding or wakeboarding. Contenders can apply for a position at www.virgin.com/mobile/xtreme until Sept. 30.
