Re: Finally willing to break down and get a cassette but one question posted on 2006-11-04 10:51:13

actually, the two cog thing is a good idea. it will take more space and keep the chain stable. if you decide to do that i have a spare cog ill mail you.

i find one of the best methods to learn tabletops/inverts is to try and punch yourself in the opposite shoulder and kick yourself in the ass. i swear to god it works

Re: Pegless Brakeless Street Deadass Deadass Grimey Life posted on 2006-10-29 18:24:51

its an even better idea to learn them with the extra weight on there. i can almost 540 with this weight weenies bike and i can just get by with a little extra than 360 on mine. if i learned 540's on mine i bet i could 720 with his.

Re: Another crazy bike idea posted on 2006-10-29 18:16:03

that would be waaaaay too light. riding would almost be out of the question on a windy day. but you hafto to admit, for a show bike, that would be sick. especially with teh chain movin but the cranks not. thats gives the bike a gangsta lean. moving chains are the new spinners.

haha, ahwell i can't prove it to you, i might ask a couple people around about it but meh, i'm lazy.
[/quote]i believe you. but you shold damn well try to get that vid cuz it sounds hilarious!

Re: Another crazy bike idea posted on 2006-10-29 17:58:51

nah but i had a fresh idea, maybe dangerous though haha. set a fixed gear in the back, adn freehweel in the front. you keep your cranks leveled, and the chain will keep movin'. itd be awesome for show. plus it would still function just fine.
