How about the KHE Stylus it has a 18.8" tt and weighs 29.0lbs lbs it only costs $449.99 and with a few mods(eg new bars, tires, tubes) you could easily get it down to 25/26lbs

KK

you mean 300
the KHE Flatland is 450

I do like the Quamen frame.  It's light and has a short top tube.  Flatland fuel only shows a list price.  About how much do they run?  The DK is pretty sweet too, but it has a 19" TT, the complete bike weighs 34 lbs.  That's a little to heavy for me.  Keep them coming!
34 lbs is to heavy for you!? i got the KHE Flatland and it ways about 30 lbs and it feels sooo damn light (probably cause i was haulin around a 36 lb haro) but the DK Signal and the KHE Stylus are pretty much the best beginner bikes out there right now. and why are you going to buy a 300 doller frame when you can buy a whole bike for that price but why go and get the best shit your just starting out

I don't listen to music. Like xmosh14x said. Though I usually ride alone.

Plus I like to carry as little as stuff as possible. And my music desires are random, and its hard to afford a 50GB mp3 player to support all my music.
well you could always get a ipod shuffle for a hundred bucks thats not that bad
just put the songs you want to listen to and were it around your neck with some big old headphones

best thing i have learned from flatland is that you can yell at people on message boards and not expect anything to come of it..

:D

and that the integral frequencies apparent in harmonizing spoke tension while turbining is equivalent to the cross product of the vector which has a normal to the angluar momentum of the wheel,  and the net force vector.  This is of course taking into account that centripital acceleration is occuring, as well as that after the two vectors are crossed that they are multiplied by the horizontal component of one's initial velocity. (x component when taking into account the effects of three-space.)

phew... glad i got that off my chest.

later!

Thanks! I've still just begun.

There are lots of ads, but I'm moving out soon and need to pay the rent!  :-)

If the ads bug you that much, you could always just wait until it's ready and then upgrade to Pedal Plus+ and surf ad-free! At $2/month there's no one who can't afford it.
exept for a bum who if he had 2 dollars hes buy liquer. but yea do what you gotta do to pay for your rent the ads dont bother me much

im thinkin about getting the Odyssey Frequency G Tire but im not sure about it because it looks like its very hard to scuff and looks as if it has bad traction

any suggestions?
and as most of you know im just starting out and i herd that the bigger the width the easier it is for beginners (thanks ClionB)
