yeah that trick drives me crazy. i dont really work on it hardkore enough to get it.only about 5-10 times a day if that.came close a few times but i really just cant motivate myself to work on them hardkore. but pros on hitting it hommie.how long have u been working on them?

ive kindof already flipped out calling them alot of bad things.they should think before pissing a graffiti artist off. esp. when they have 200 properties all ove the state.im really pissed about this.

ok u all know i just got robbed and all that shit,but i just got robbed by my old apt company!they said they were going to give my deposit back then didnt.they claimed that after the walk through they had too take out my trash.650$$$$$$$ to take out some trash i had.bullshit.so this is what i say to you.
1)When they do a walk through and say they are going to get your deposit back GET IT IN WRITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2)when you move into a place have them walk you through in case things are messed up when u move in.get all these things in writing and have both of you sign it.also take pictures and have the person sign it saying that he was with u when the pictures was taken.
i just got robbed for all my money then i was robbed by my apy company.do NOT let property nazis do the same to you.if they seem nice dont believe them they only care about one thing money.
