That hub is the same as the odyssey hub, you need to buy the 9T Driver for an odyssey cassette hub, no you don't need the pawls and springs because you can switch the ones that came on the old driver to the new 9t driver.

You'll need a cassette hub for a 9-12 driver/cog but you can get an odyssey 13t freewheel that works with the small side of a flip-flop hub

and for a close to normal ratio with a 24 you would need a 9T driver.
