they are possible with a freewheel. you have to have the opposite side crank in the down position and step on the pedal with the brake locked.

Re: New QUAMEN Stem! posted on 2006-12-13 17:09:17
Yeah, I didnt know it was a MTB stem when I posted it. I just saw a new quamen stem and a length of 28mm. But hey, people use profile racing cranks and chris king headsets. Why cant we use this? the clamping area on the stem is probably bigger then 7/8". You would need a shim, which I would never run.

my browser doesn't close anymore and I was able to login by resetting my password. My old one was only 4 characters and I think the new site requires at least 6, so I couldn't login till the reset password function started working.

Re: Kink Integrated h set? posted on 2006-11-08 11:55:05
yeah, other than that thin washer, it is identical. i sell them both, fsa and kink.
Re: Kink Integrated h set? posted on 2006-11-08 11:11:39
it has one ultra-thin washer that goes just underneath the top cap, other than that, it's exactly the same as a fsa.

the odyssey evo II is coming out right now. they should reach shops now or any day. I should have them tomorrow, so I'll let you know how they look for a front.
Re: Kink Integrated h set? posted on 2006-11-07 23:44:54
It goes together exactly the same as a fsa impact.

Pat Anderson rides all the time. Drew Arroyo is MIA again according to Mutt, but I'm sure he has his street bike where ever he is.

Sure, but there are always delays with new products. Animal had their seat at Interbike '05 and it's still not out yet.
Re: Whoever said that I wouldn't be able to leave flatland was right. posted on 2006-10-31 16:45:19
I have fond memories of riding with the VA Beach crew at a jam back in the summer of '02. I was so stoked to see so many young riders so into flatland. I hoped they would all keep it going, but I knew as they got older most of them would get into other things.
Welcome back, Tony.

I hate it when they put stuff online that isn't out yet. I get calls from kids all the time looking for stuff that isn't out yet cause they saw it on danscomp.
