I will be there from the 20th - 23rd and would love to find a good spot near the beach to ride and possibly get some shots.

Anyone from the area know of any cool spots?

windy as HELL, which makes spinning interesting

rode for the first time in almost a week today

It's still cold outside.  But it was dry and not as windy so I had some fun.  I'm slowly getting closer to the karl cruiser.

You know what hurts?

A handlebar to the hamstring.

a few of my close friends are/were skaters and they are cool as hell.

I've ridden in the middle of a school courtyard by myself, surrounded by about 4 skaters skating on the walkways around me.  We never even acknowledged each other really.  I just rode, and they just skated.  I really liked it actually.

From my experience most skaters are cool people

I don't understand why some skaters feel like they need to confront bikers though.  Do they not realize how bad it would hurt to get a tailwhip accross the kneecap?

the only flat frame I've really ridden/am riding is a micromachine and I love it although it's very short.

was riding a diamondback before that heheh

thank god flatlanders are cool as hell and loan you sweet stuff to ride

I would like to get a G7, a sick child, or Sinus some time in the future though... probably will end up going with the sinus if they are still available when I can afford something.
