its solving systems of linear equations by graphing, please help me my math teacher is horrible at teaching and i dont really get this please help me you have to make a table of x and y for the 2 problems then graph them and if the cross its a solution and you have to write down the coordinates of where they cross.. please this is a take home test and i dont want to fuck it up my math grade is liek a c

1.) 4x-2y=8
y=3

2.) x=5
y=-1

3.) 3x-4y=12
5x + 4y= -12

4.) x=4
3x - 2y= 4

5.) y= 2x + 3
y= x+6
