Byke, I'm just expressing myself. That is my right, correct? If you all took a minute to get to know me, you'd understand me better. But since that has not happend and many are jumping on the haters bandwagon, It is ya'lls loss. Unfortunately for some, people just take things the wrong way. No one ever asked me anything, just butted in and posted what the believe. But since this is of interest to you, I bought a FBM Angel of Death frame, and no longer need the Shaman. I won't be going to seek help from a Dr., but just take my happy ass riding. If only I could share with you all the true happiness and humor in my life, then maybe we could all be on the same page here. I've given some what they wanted to hear, a bolsterious retaliation, others, simple advice. Now I will give you something you all may want, an apollogy. I'm sorry. Sorry that this is how it is. It truely saddens me to imagine us all in a parking lot, on our bikes, bitching about feeble shit, instead of riding. :(

To all who read this above post. Please disregard this guy. He seems to have something personal against someone he has never met. I dont understand his attitude or angle. I did report this unneccesary and rude behavior to the moderators and administrators. Anyone who is seriously interested in a great frame, let me know. Thanx. :D

If you can have them powder coated. if not do this: 1, get fork cleaned down w/ a good non residual cleaner, wipe down w/ alcohol or prep cleaner. 2 use some fine steel wool to remove any lite scratches and nicks, rewipe w. alcohol. 3 prime fork. 4, use hair dryer on low speed and 8-12" to heat dry paint. 5, let paint cure after. 6, paint fork w. coloured paint. heat dry w. hairdryer after each coat and let cure. 7, clearcoat and heat dry. I've been doing it this way for 15 years. a good enamal or epoxy paint will work. you can get what you need at your local auto supply store. if that is not your cup of tea, take forks to maaco or auto or industrial paint shop.

leave on your brakes and levers and cables, just remove your pads!! that way you can still squeeze the shit out of your LEE CHI levers, but still crash into a ditch!! x_x. It will also confuse the hell out of anyone else who rides your crapwagon!!! WHF!!! AAArrrghhh!!! <crash!>

I've got my beloved Standard Shaman frame up for sale. It is grey with black and red stickers. 1 1/8th ht, 19.25tt, 14mm dropouts, chainstay mounted 990's, recessed and reinforced downtube. Seattube pierces toptube for strength. Great shape, ridden w/ care. Not for posers or pussies!! Check out my Ebay auction. Its under cycling,frames.

i've got a pair of the KHE's and the Ares 88 plastics too. they're not bad. i recomend them if you want light weight and quality. i'm 6ft 200lbs and no problems.

Find a paint shop that can powder coat the forks or have them chrome plated. There is a fine science to painting and it sounds like it may have been missed.
