Re: Hawaii flat riders? posted on 2007-05-08 07:55:07

i used to ride about a year ago. i was just bored and browsing this forum. as for flatland parts their isnt to many stocked their. and if it is it is overpriced. check out the bikefactory its located in honolulu buy alamoana mall. as for the riding scene it is kinda big. just gotta know were to look. check around skateparks. hawaii is small, a long drive is 45 min.

i havent been riding flat for a while but all i can say is when i did quamen always produced good parts. i never was let down with the quality of the parts they made.

Re: Cutting Bars posted on 2006-09-13 05:19:34

go to yer local bikeshop and ask for their help. they have a special tool that goes onto yer bars and makes a even cut line. the hacksaw slips right on through a slit then cuts it evenly.
