I was so close to ripping into that guy! It's probably better that it did get "locked", but I had some personal literature for him. I wanted to take a real stand for the girls, and I'm finger nailless and ready!!!!!
Dealing with frustration? posted on 2005-03-23 21:03:31
Maybe you should bring a yoga mat with you, really. You can whip it out when things are going tough, relax, and try to draw your neck into your tailbone. Or you could record Napoleon Dynamite sound bites and listen to those when you're about to blow. In any situation, a wise man once said "Your anger is a gift."

This ain't no Modest Proposal, and let's just say you don't have to neccessarily understand that to go to college either. When my class read Swift our teacher told us that writing in sarcasm is possibly the hardest way to convey a message. I was never a believer of that, but I did start to bone up on conciseness. *wink* We should just call TJ the Bible because he's so full of contridictions. Or is that just a literary skill stolen from 1984?
And hey, being an actual Chef is a big fucking deal. :D

I Can Count the WOF Threads on My Hands posted on 2005-03-02 22:05:52
Yup, up at Ol' Molson Park. But at that point in my life I didn't want to drive the 7 hours there and back.

Yeah, I know it's Shaun Daily a.k.a Slug. I have Overcast, Seven's Travels, and another one that the Pergentiles have had forever. I'm hoping that he'll swing by this land soon for a tour so I can finally go to his show and travel home safely.

The fact that I can count the threads in here on my hands is sort of weak. I'm not sure what theme I can put into this thread, but I can't wait for better weather so I can go out and ride to my Atmosphere CDs. I want everyone to know about Atmosphere. He's a Hip Hop artist from Minnesota, and he's NOT a gangsta. It's smooth, strong in lyrical content....basically modern Shakespeare converted to Hip Hop rhymes. I'm also tre excited about the new Mars Volta CD, and riding to that in the spring. I can't ride with just any music I like, because it has to be inspiring. And just for fun I attached a cheesy picture of me riding. I lost a lot of my riding pics, so enjoy this one.

Flatland Commercials posted on 2005-02-26 15:50:47
I can't believe people in Europe have seen that commercial before I got to. *sigh* I guess that's another downfall of only having two channels to choose from.

So far Trav is the only one who has confirmed that they have sent anything out yet, no one else has contacted me otherwise. So it's only speculation.

Send Everything you got!
last count was:
-Fork
-pedals
-seatpost
-rim
-crank arms (ak Ally with the Quinn Cat [New nick name! Allie McCircle {Allie McBeal spin off}])
But I'm worried:
I have a feeling not only has my bike been stolen, but someone might have been stealing parcels that have been showing up.
Aka. Trav sent out two parcels from Japan, one for me, and one for NeilG in ottawa, Neil got his already....and only one parcel out of the 3-4 that are supposed to be arriving, has shown.

THe quality of the work looks great.
But ever considered what a set screw does to your handle bars?
Similar things happen to your spindle.

Augie Bars for sale or trade anything....? posted on 2005-01-25 13:52:03
If Trav pays for shipping, then what's the big deal? Essentially, all you do, is write a non-american address and take it to the post office, just the same as before.
my opinion and question posted on 2005-01-25 13:48:47
Well The photo doesn't help, I suggest a closer photo.
I understand how the design of the fork interfer's with the standard proceedure of removing the bearing race, how ever, if there was a closer photo, we could diagnosis the problem further, and work out a specific solution for you.
Looking for euro bb dividual "Brace" frame posted on 2005-01-25 03:19:23
No to sound like a smart ass, but Brandon don't you have the connections to have another one built? Or from the sounds of the people on this forum maybe even make another production run?
It's difficult and expensive to get just one frame built.

After that I can give you some solid recomendations.
