Re: Justification for pricing? Have they really gone too far?! posted on 2007-02-16 09:38:53

I dont care how much "heart" or "love" went into a frame,. its a damn frame!!!

I want a frame to ride not some emotionally charged piece of metal.

bottom line:

Judging by the current market of flatland frames YES this frame is too expensive

Reasons:

Seriously flatlanders RARELY ride the same frame forever so the fact that you say it will last a lifetime,. not too important.

Lighter frames are available at lower costs, I could buy two fly simples and still have money left over,. and the fly simple is a beautiful frame (I own one)

The design is simplistic, thus if someone wants to spend alot for a "crazy" looking stylish flatland frame, its not this one.

If someone wants a straight tube simplistic frame there are better options,.

Sorry but its the truth I doubt this frame will stay at this price point much longer.

hey man,. dont worry, things will change

I used to get shy and shit and not wanna ride in front of people,. well I'm not pro or anything but I can do SOME decent tricks now and I am 21 years old so no little punk bitch skater starts shit with me..

Just wait till you got some confidence, and less people will start shit with you.

There will always be people who hate on you thoug, nothin you can do about that, but if you got confidence it wont bother you,. and skills on the bike seem to bring respect I dont have any skaters working on kickflips come up to me and tell me I suck,. so just keep at it and get more confident dude!

I use a primo steroid,. its fine ,. grippy enough for anyone,. my hands rarely slip off the seat and its light too, I suggest you try one out since they are very inexpensive.

Whats the next big thing posted on 2006-11-13 05:22:47

Well,. hip hop has gotten HUGE, everywhere,. punk has evolved into screamo and thats getting realllly old,. Whats the next big thing to come out of music? The whole mainstream synthesis of "techno-rock" annoys the hell out of me,. and the rejuvination of the whole "vintage" stroked style thing is pathetic,. So what do you guys think will be the next popular genre to hit the music industry I would say more stuff like block party :)

The girls who hate on me,.. I can just say ,.. "look bitch you couldnt even fit into these pants cause your ass is too big" (and I'm 6'4 so thats sayin alot)  .. so girls just be jealous that they are too fat to wear my pants(in some cases) and guys just arent used to it,... the bikers dont give a shit,. but they are very few in this city.
